Meet Luisa! Luisa is a charming 2-month-old Chihuahua puppy who was rescued along with her mom when she was just a few days old. Being one of the smaller girls in the litter, she has inherited many of her mom’s adorable traits. We believe Luisa might grow up with a longer, fluffier coat than her sisters, giving her a unique look. Although Luisa can be a bit shy when meeting new people, she expresses her desire for love in the sweetest way. When you approach her, her tiny tail starts wagging like a helicopter, almost as if she's saying, “Please come love me!” It’s impossible not to smile when you see that enthusiasm. Once she feels at ease, Luisa enjoys snuggling close and soaking up affection. This gentle puppy would thrive in a patient family willing to help her build confidence as she explores the world at her own pace. Luisa gets along wonderfully with children, cats, and other dogs, and she loves being around her puppy siblings. Her forever family will have the joy of watching her personality blossom as she grows. Currently fostered in Mexico, Luisa is ready to travel to the United States once she finds her new home.
