Meet Mallow! Mallow is a fun-loving, energetic girl who thrives on routine and activity. She loves to zoom around the yard, burning off her puppy dog wiggles, and then settle down beautifully for some relaxation. Mallow enjoys walks and loves exploring, but she is a strong leash puller, so her new family should be ready to work on her walking skills. Since she finds cats interesting, a home without them would suit her best. She’s very aware of mealtime and eagerly runs into her crate when it's feeding time. Mallow handles being crated during the day well, often settling nicely with a treat as her people leave. When they return, she's ready to celebrate with some active playtime. At night, she's content to find her cozy sleeping spot, whether it's the bed or her dog bed. Mallow is currently undergoing a slow kill treatment plan for heartworm and can’t be spayed until she tests negative. She's the kind of affectionate, active girl who will do best in a home that provides her with structure and plenty of exercise.
