About Figgi

Meet Figgi! This handsome, affectionate boy has overcome challenges that no cat should have to face, yet his gentle spirit shines brighter than ever. Figgi traveled from Azerbaijan, eager to find a forever home where he can finally experience the love, comfort, and security he truly deserves. His story began in the most heartbreaking circumstances. Found wandering near a filthy dump, Figgi was surrounded by trash and sharp debris. He was thin, neglected, and suffering from a serious eye injury, desperately needing help. Thankfully, rescuers came to his aid just in time. Despite the dire conditions he endured, this brave little guy made it through. At the shelter, Figgi received immediate veterinary care. Unfortunately, many thorns had lodged in one of his eyes, causing irreversible damage that left him blind in that eye. He also arrived covered in fleas, a sad reminder of the neglect he faced. Even more puzzling, Figgi wore a collar, hinting that he may have once had a home. Whether abandoned or lost is a mystery, but one thing remains clear: Figgi deserved so much more. In spite of his past, Figgi maintains an incredibly sweet and affectionate demeanor. His limited vision does not define him; instead, he lives to love and trust. His resilience is inspiring, and he has a wealth of love to give to the lucky family that welcomes him home. At approximately 2 years old, Figgi embodies a gentle and loving personality, making him a perfect companion for anyone who appreciates a kind-hearted kitty. After all he’s been through, he deserves warmth, kindness, and a family that will always have his back. His adoption fee is $600 to help cover his high international transport costs.
