About Acadia
Meet Acadia, or Cadi as her friends like to call her! This sweet, friendly tortie is two years old and overflowing with love. Once she settles in, she becomes a delightful cuddle buddy, relishing attention and warmth from her humans. Cadi absolutely adores head scratches. When you pamper her, she chirps and trills with joy, making cute biscuits on your lap. Expect to be greeted with sweet headbutts urging you to keep the pets coming. She enjoys being picked up and finds comfort nestled in your lap, ready for snuggles. With some patience, she’ll surely learn to hop into your lap herself. When she's not basking in affection, Cadi loves watching birds and squirrels from her window perch. Her striking tortie coloring is enhanced by an adorable white sock on one paw, making her even more charming. Though initially shy in new environments, she'll gain confidence after a few days. It's recommended to start her off in a quiet space until she feels comfortable enough to explore her new surroundings. Cadi would thrive in an adult-only home, as she might feel overwhelmed with kids around. Her friendly nature suggests she could get along with another cat or a cat-friendly dog with the right introductions. Cadi is a wonderful little companion just waiting for a loving home to help her bloom. With a little time, expect plenty of purrs, chirps, and cuddles from this affectionate girl. Cadi’s adoption fee is $125 and includes spay, dewormer, FeLV testing, microchip, core vaccines, one month of food, a 30-day Petcademy subscription for cat behavior support, a free exam at a ChewyVet clinic with a $50 Chewy gift card, and a goodie bag for her new home.
