About GiGi

Meet GiGi, a charming young Rat Terrier with a heartwarming story. She was found just in time before a storm, alongside her sister Raspberry and two other pups who had spent two difficult years outdoors. When GiGi first arrived, she was locked away because of her unusual walking pattern. After a thorough veterinary examination, it was determined that she had a dislocated kneecap. Thankfully, she underwent successful surgery and is now walking in a straight line, improving daily. GiGi is a cuddly girl with big, adorable ears, and although she has a quirky personality, she is ready to be a loyal companion. She enjoys the company of both cats and dogs, and is great with children as well. GiGi will need a fenced yard to keep her safe during her adventures outside. To adopt GiGi, please email TheLongWayHomeRescue@gmail.com and include your phone number for faster communication. The volunteers can't wait to hear from you!
