About Fifer

Meet Fifer, a delightful 5-year-old spayed female German Shepherd ready for a new home. She is healthy, heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccinations. Fifer is incredibly affectionate and smart. She already knows commands like go to your bed, sit, stay, shake, no, and OK. Being housebroken, she's not destructive and gets along well with dogs her size. However, she doesn’t do well with cats or small dogs. Sadly, Fifer is being rehomed due to a family circumstance, not because of any fault of her own. Her friendly nature can unintentionally cause harm to a family member with delicate skin. Though this is simply her way of being loving, it’s important for her to find a suitable environment. Fifer is currently located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, but transportation can be arranged.
