About Phoebe

Meet Phoebe, a sweet 13-year-old girl who's ready to find her forever home. After a tough life on the streets, she’s looking for a cozy indoor life where she can feel safe. Phoebe loves to follow you around and chat, showing her affectionate side. While she enjoys the company of older children, she prefers a gentle touch and may not be a fan of belly rubs. Ideally, she would thrive in a dog-free environment or with a calm senior dog as a companion. Phoebe is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on her parasite preventatives. Best of all, there’s no fee to adopt her throughout October! Ready to open your heart to Phoebe?
