Meet Kona! This lovable 8-month-old shepherd mix is full of personality. Surrendered through no fault of her own, she’s active, smart, and a little goofy. Kona gets along great with children and other dogs, making her a wonderful family pet. She’s housetrained and crate trained, though she tends to be a bit naughty when left unsupervised, so crate training is best for her safety. Always eager to please, Kona is food motivated and absolutely loves toys and bones. She enjoys running and hiking, and she already knows quite a few commands. While she does well on a leash, she can be a bit pushy at times and will need some additional training, especially to curb her counter surfing habit. This big, goofy puppy is ready to find her forever home where she can continue her training and become the amazing companion she is meant to be. Kona deserves the best life possible.
