About William

William is a charming Dachshund Chihuahua mix with a joyful spirit. He was surrendered not for his behavior but simply because he was a young dog, and young dogs require time and patience. At just 8 pounds, he’s a playful, affectionate companion who loves people and gets along well with other dogs. William's tail wags like crazy whenever he sees someone who might offer him some love or playtime. He is currently housetrained, having learned to use a doggy door in his previous home. Though his current foster situation doesn’t have one, his new family can help him adjust and maintain his routine. William still has the energy and curiosity of youth, so he’ll need an adopter who can provide guidance and understand that young dogs are always learning. William is looking for a family that will appreciate his potential, invest time in helping him thrive, and offer him the forever home he deserves. He offers endless love in return. This could be the start of something paw-some!
