About Arlo

Arlo is a lively and curious almost 5-year-old Husky, weighing 54 pounds. This adventurous fellow thrives on excitement, especially during trips to the dog park. Affectionate and independent, Arlo sometimes believes he's a lap dog, eager for cuddles after his escapades. He enjoys walks but isnโ€™t a fan of grooming, so a discreet approach is necessary! Huskies are known for their clever and charming antics, and Arlo is no exceptionโ€”he'll need an active home that can keep his mind and body engaged. Arlo would prefer a quiet environment without young children. For meetings, it's best to make an appointment since many of our dogs are in foster homes. The adoption fee of $175 covers vaccinations, heartworm testing, deworming, microchipping, and spaying. Remember, all dogs must be transported in a carrier or on a leash when leaving the shelter.
