About Toby

Meet Toby, a lovable senior dog looking for a devoted companion. He thrives on close connections and enjoys curling up with you on the couch or snuggling under the covers at night. Toby is friendly with both men and women, though he can be a bit shy around new faces. He gets along wonderfully with both cats and other dogs, making him a great addition to a multi-pet household. Fully house trained, Toby walks well on a leash and is polite during mealtime, even when other dogs are around. While he does have a habit of marking, effective training with a belly band has significantly reduced this behavior. He's treat motivated and eager to please, so with some patience, he will continue to become the perfect companion. Toby is ready for a loving home where he can receive the affection he's missed. Every animal in the rescue is vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
