About MaRooNeeds a sidekick
Meet MaRoo — your future sidekick. This charming 18-month-old Lab/Hound mix is a friendly, playful dog ready to find his forever family. MaRoo weighs around 38 pounds and has already mastered the art of being a good dog. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, and knows how to settle into home life. Living with five other dogs, he’s the ultimate social butterfly, getting along with everyone—big and small. With people, he’s all smiles and wags, treating every stranger like an old friend. His good manners shine through. He’s calm around food and toys, barks only when necessary, and has solid recall. While his leash skills are steadily improving, he’s an active companion who thrives on running, wrestling, and playing, especially with another dog that enjoys the same. While he hasn’t lived with kids, his friendly nature suggests he’d enjoy their company. However, MaRoo needs a home without cats or livestock, as chasing them is simply too tempting for him. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for a new adventure, MaRoo just needs a special someone to choose him. He promises a lifetime of love and happiness to the right family.
