About Campfire
Meet Campfire! This sweet little girl is ready to find a place where she can relax, feel safe, and show her true personality. At 4 years old, Campfire is an adorable Chihuahua mix who came from a hoarding situation. The world can feel overwhelming for her, making her shy and timid at first. Thankfully, once she warms up, her delightful nature starts to shine. Campfire loves to be held and cuddled, but she appreciates a slow and gentle approach. Fast movements can be intimidating, so she’s looking for someone who understands that building trust takes time. She has lived with other dogs and might benefit from having a canine friend, but larger dogs can make her a bit nervous. Given her shy disposition, Campfire would thrive best in a quiet home without young children, where she can take her time getting comfortable. Though she’s still getting the hang of leash walking, she’s discovered a new favorite: being carried outside and lounging in the grass! With some extra patience and reassurance, we believe this little girl will blossom into the sweetest and happiest companion. If you’re looking for a gentle soul to love and help come out of her shell, Campfire might just be your girl! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
