About Mona

Meet Miss Mona! This spirited pup is ready for adventure and dreams of being your perfect travel companion. Recently arrived from Rescued Pets Movement in Carlsbad, NM, Mona has already embraced her mountain lifestyle. Weighing in at only 15 pounds, she’s an active little girl eager for fun hikes with her favorite people. Mona gets along well with friendly dogs, but she may feel a bit anxious around larger ones. She can be protective over treats and food, so slow introductions are best, and feeding her separately will help her feel more secure in her new home. While we don’t know how she feels about cats, she should be fine with respectful, older children. Mona is already spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on her vaccinations. Don't miss the chance to meet this bundle of joy today!
