About Molly

Meet Molly! Molly is a young red nose Pit Bull mix currently looking for a loving foster or forever home. Weighing around 65 pounds, this energetic girl thrives on social interaction, walks, and playtime with toys and treats. Once her excitement is managed, she knows how to settle down and enjoy being a happy pup. At the shelter, Molly has shown she is house trained and gets along well with her bed—though she can be vocal when bored in her kennel, which many active dogs exhibit. Her training is progressing; she knows how to sit and walks best with a fitted prong collar, although she may pull without it. A confident handler is essential for helping her refocus on walks. Although she’s still perfecting her impulse control, she’s eager to learn and connect with her humans. Molly is friendly with other dogs and would benefit from proper introductions if living with one. She has not yet been tested with children or cats, but because of her jumpy and mouthy nature, a home with kids aged 12 and older would be ideal. An active family committed to continuing her training will be the perfect match for Molly. She’s ready to find a place to belong and show her love. Click apply to start the adoption process.
