About Sadie

Meet Sadie! She is a joyful one-and-a-half-year-old Domestic Medium Hair girl currently in Amherst, MA. Sadie’s tuxedo coat shines with her delightful personality, ready to brighten the room with affection and playfulness. From the moment she meets new people, she loves to greet them happily, settle comfortably into laps, and reward them with sweet little kisses once she feels at ease. One of her funniest habits is racing up and down the stairs, making an adorable sound like a revving engine during her zoomies. Playtime brings Sadie immense joy. She chases string toys, bats around scratchy toys with tails, and shows off impressive acrobatic leaps. When the excitement winds down, her softer side emerges as she plops onto your lap, rolls sideways with charm, and settles in for hours of cozy companionship. Sadie is vaccinated, microchipped, and delightful with people, even adjusting well to spending time with young children, making her great for families seeking an outgoing, affectionate companion. She prefers being the center of attention, so she would thrive as the only cat or in a calm home without easily startled feline companions. Note that her compatibility with dogs hasn’t been assessed yet. Sadie is managing ovarian remnant syndrome, requiring specialist evaluation and a second spay surgery before finding her new home. If you’re looking for a playful and cuddly companion who fills your days with laughter, Sadie might be the perfect fit for you. Could your family welcome this lovable girl home?
