About Chuck Norris

Chuck Norris has been with us since 2021, and in that time, he’s shown just how special he is. He takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once he does, he becomes a loyal companion. Highly intelligent and treat-motivated, he thrives with positive reinforcement and will eagerly learn new tricks. Recently, Chuck went through a bit of a rough patch. In September 2025, he tore his ACL while happily playing fetch, which led to a surgery and several vet visits. He is recovering well but is on a slow path back to full activity. For now, he can enjoy leisurely walks and gentle adventures, but he needs more time before he can romp freely in the yard. Chuck does well with other dogs, provided he can be the dominant one. He’ll need a home without kids or cats, and it’s important for his new family to be patient as he learns to trust. Ready to make this smart and affectionate pup part of your family?
