About Avacado

Meet Avocado, the tiny, tenderhearted kitten who's a delightful mix of sweetness and playful energy. At just 8 weeks old, Avocado was discovered behind the Price Chopper in Colonie, bravely exploring the world on her own. Initially shy, she quickly warms up to reveal her affectionate nature, becoming a joyful, attention-loving companion. Once she feels comfortable, you’ll see her transform into a playful whirlwind — chasing toys, pouncing on anything that moves, and eagerly soaking up all the love around her. Curious and social, Avocado is still discovering her surroundings with wide-eyed wonder. Whether she’s batting at a toy or leaning in for pets, she brings happiness wherever she roams. If you’re seeking a gentle, playful kitten who flourishes with a little patience, Avocado could be your ideal match. Kittens like her often benefit from being adopted in pairs, especially if there's no other cat at home; this helps with their socialization and reduces the chances of negative behaviors in the future. All kittens will be spayed and up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age at the time of adoption. Ready to meet your new furry friend? Apply now!
