About Gort

Gort is a delightful medium-sized male dog with a short coat, pulled from an urgent situation in July 2025. Since then, he has been with rescue, finding his way through life with some quirks. He can be selective with dogs and tends to do best in a home without other pets, especially cats. A quieter environment with older children or no children at all would suit him well. While Gort can be strong on the leash, having a fenced yard would help manage his walks. Despite his selectiveness, Gort is low energy and non-destructive. He loves nothing more than cuddling up on the couch, soaking up some sun, and enjoying his beef cheek treats. He’s fully vetted, neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. If you’re seeking a loving companion to share your quiet moments with, Gort might just be the perfect match for you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
