About Billy

Meet Billy. Billy is an approximately 4-year-old Boxer with a sweet personality and a playful spirit. His life revolves around the finer things—especially comfy dog beds, cozy couches, and quality chew bones. Relaxing in front of the TV is another favorite pastime. Billy is crate trained and making great progress with house training. While he had some initial marking when he arrived, he’s learning his house manners quickly. He walks nicely on a leash, making him a great companion for walks and adventures. Billy enjoys playing with other dogs, particularly those his size who can match his playful energy. He does display some resource guarding around food, likely due to being underweight when he arrived. We’re working on helping him gain weight and feel secure, and he’s improving steadily. Billy gets along well with cats and loves to engage in play, so he’d thrive with feline friends who can handle his playful Boxer charm and set boundaries. When not playing, Billy loves to curl up on the couch or lounge in his favorite plush dog bed. He’s a bit of a bougie Boxer who knows what he likes—and who can blame him? Billy is looking for a loving home where he can feel safe, gain weight, and enjoy the cozy comforts of family life. If you’re after a fun, affectionate Boxer with a soft spot for the good life, Billy may just be your perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
