About Tia

Meet Tia, a sweet 1-year-old girl looking for a patient home to help her feel comfortable and allow her personality to shine. Initially shy, she takes time to warm up, having had little experience being handled before. New people and situations can be overwhelming, so she may be especially reserved at adoption events. Don't let that fool you! Once Tia feels safe, her affectionate and calm nature emerges. She's adapted well to her new surroundings, even with a rooster crowing outside her door, and loves to perch by the window to watch the world. Tia gets along well with other cats and can live with respectful children aged 12 and older. Her previous adopter had to return her due to housing issues, and now she seeks a forever home. She needs someone who can patiently help her build trust at her own pace. If you're ready to offer that patience, watching Tia realize she is safe and loved will be a truly rewarding experience. Her adoption fee is $50, and she is spayed, chipped, dewormed, flea-treated, and started on vaccinations. She also comes with a wellness exam and a free exam at Guardian vet care within 60 days.
