About Beans
Meet Beans, an energetic 3-year-old German Shepherd eager to discover what it truly means to belong to a loving family. Rescued from a heartbreaking neglect case, Beans and his companions were found in dire conditions but have shown incredible resilience. Despite his past, Beans is outgoing and affectionate, thriving around people and adoring children. He gets along well with other dogs, making him a great addition to any household that already has petsβthough a meet-and-greet will be required to ensure a smooth transition. We are urgently seeking a foster-to-adopt home for Beans while the court process continues regarding his previous situation. Beans is set to be fully vetted and neutered, with support provided for his foster family throughout this journey. Currently in a boarding facility that will soon close, we must find him a warm home quickly. Beans deserves to be in a cozy environment, not a kennel. If you can offer him foster care or know someone who can, please reach out to Hickman Humane Society. Together, we can help Beans find the loving family he's been longing for.
