About Axel

Axel is an 18-month-old mixed breed dog, weighing about 65 lbs. He's seeking an active home that can match his energetic spirit. Ideally, his new family will have experience with Husky or German Shepherd traits. Axel is a friendly companion; he enjoys playing with the resident dog in his foster home and gets along well with children aged 9 and 13. He knows some basic commands and is learning new ones, but he’s not quite fond of being crated or left alone for long. Axel is making progress with crate training, thanks to his resident dog buddy who shows him it's okay to have some independence. Regular exercise and companionship will make him thrive. He's house trained and is trustworthy when left alone at home overnight. Axel is neutered and vaccinated. If you think you can provide the home he needs, reach out about adopting him today.
