About Dune
Meet Dune, a sweet and playful pup looking for his forever home. At only 6 months old and weighing 35 lbs, Dune is a shepherd and cattle dog mix who has come a long way since being found abandoned in the desert. Rescued along with his siblings, he’s now thriving in a loving foster environment thanks to Dog Coalition Los Angeles. Dune's personality shines through in his interactions with other dogs; he loves having a canine buddy to play with! Though he can be a bit sensitive around people, he is gradually building his confidence every day. He feels safe in his crate, enjoys chewing on bones, and has a knack for being a perfect work-from-home companion. Dune is already potty trained and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. To help Dune settle into a new home, he would do best with another friendly, confident dog who can guide him. His playful nature is complemented by a calm disposition when it’s time to chill. With his growing confidence and delightfully goofy habit of lounging upside down, Dune is sure to become a cherished companion for anyone willing to invest time and patience into his journey.
