Meet Cashew! This 1-year-old, 39 lb Boxer mix is full of energy and charm. With his big grin, perked ears, and playful spirit, he’s always eager to make friends, whether it's human or canine. Cashew’s journey began when he was abandoned at a park and brought to the shelter. Since then, he has blossomed under the care of his foster family. This goofball loves treats, especially pup cups, and his confidence shines as he greets crowds with an excited wagging tail and playful wiggles. Walks are his favorite, along with playdates at the park where he enjoys fetch and tugging games. Cashew is also smart; he already knows several commands and is making great progress with his training, having recently recovered from tibial surgery. He's ready to run and jump around like a pro. Ideally, Cashew would thrive in a home that keeps up with his training and includes another dog to play with. His perfect day involves a walk, some training, playtime, and, of course, a long nap afterwards. Cashew is house trained, crate trained, food motivated, and brimming with personality.
