About Misty

Meet Misty! Misty spent her early days living outdoors and quickly made friends with those who cared for her. To everyone’s surprise, this friendly girl was also a mama. Now around four years old, Misty has traded her outdoor adventures for the comforts of home, and she has made the transition beautifully. This sweetheart loves food and affection, often rubbing against your legs to say hello and curling up in your lap. Misty has a playful spirit, too, so expect her to showcase a lively personality alongside her cuddly side. The only cats Misty has lived with are her own kittens, so she might need to be the only feline in her forever home. After nurturing four babies, this delightful mama is ready to be spoiled! If you're looking for a friendly, affectionate companion who wants to follow you around and keep your lap warm, Misty may be the one for you. Misty is currently in a foster home. If interested, please send a message here or email adopt@ahsem.org. Adoption fees are $175 for a single cat or kitten, $225 for a pair. This includes spay/neuter, core vaccines, microchipping, combo testing, and wellness care.
