About Bear
Bear is an 8-week-old Labradoodle mix with a big heart and an even bigger cuddle factor. True to his name, he's as cuddly as a teddy bear, cherishing every moment spent close to his people. Playful and affectionate, Bear is filled with puppy charm. Currently in the pre-adoption phase, Bear is not yet fully vaccinated but looking forward to finding his forever home. He has a bit of a rocky past with a diagnosis of puppy strangles, an autoimmune condition. Thankfully, he's on a treatment plan and is doing wellβhis rescue will cover any ongoing costs associated with his health. This loving puppy will need training and guidance as he grows. Bear is not yet leash trained or crate trained, so his new family should be patient and ready to help him become a well-mannered companion. Expect this little guy to grow into a large dog, so a home with doodle experience is preferred. Active families or those with a securely fenced yard would be ideal for meeting his needs. If you rent, be prepared to provide written proof that large dogs are allowed. Bear is being fostered in Maitland, FL. If you're interested in bringing him home, please submit an adoption application.
