While he is not yet house trained, he is current on vaccinations and has a friendly personality. Living in Carolina, PR, Mr. Newton is looking for a loving family to call his own.

Mr. Newton is a delightful little boy with a big heart. At just 2.5 months old and weighing around 6 pounds, this adorable Lab/Beagle mix is eager to leave behind his tough start and find a loving home. Abandoned at a beach in Puerto Rico with his siblings, Mr. Newton was too young to fend for himself. He’s now safe, loved, and dreaming of a family. This sweet boy is snuggly, silly, and has a playful spirit. He adores belly rubs and treats, and his goofy puppy personality will keep you entertained. He gets along well with children, other dogs, and even cats. Current on vaccinations and not yet neutered, Mr. Newton is being fostered in Puerto Rico but can travel along the East Coast to meet his forever family. He simply needs a safe space to call home, some belly rubs, and, most importantly, a family that will love him forever. Will you be the happy ending this little beach baby has been waiting for?
