About Derek

Derek is a sweet baby male dog who just arrived from a high-intake shelter. He’s only 2 months old, so there’s still a lot for him to learn. As he settles in, our dedicated staff will get to know him better and update his bio with his personality traits and preferences. For now, we’re also awaiting clearance from our vet before he meets other animals. Since Derek is new here, we can't confirm his training with house habits or leash manners just yet. If you're interested in bringing this little guy into your home, please fill out an adoption questionnaire! We're here to help match him with the right family, but remember, everyone in your household, including kids and other pets, should join the meet-and-greet to ensure a good fit. If you find that you and Derek connect, we encourage same-day adoptions! Give him the loving home he’s ready for. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
