About Carmen
Meet Carmen, a beautiful and shy 2.5-year-old Labrador and Weimaraner mix. She weighs 40 lbs and is looking for a loving forever home where she can fully blossom. Initially reserved, Carmen warms up to her humans given some time and patience. She thrives in calm environments, having spent a rough first year on the streets. This gentle soul enjoys leisurely walks on a leash and is motivated by food, making bonding a bit easier for her new family. Though she gets along well with other dogs, Carmen prefers ones that respect her space. Having previously lived with nine dogs in her foster home, she exhibits no mischievous behavior, and you wonβt have to worry about her chewing on your belongings. Carmen would do best in a quieter household, ideally with adults or gentle kids over ten years of age. Once she feels comfortable, she will seek out affection and relax by your side. Her current foster home is located in Round Rock, TX, and she's adoptable in Texas and Northeastern States. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
