About Dolly
Dolly finds joy in a soft, cozy environment shared with someone she trusts. This curious girl loves to explore but has a gentle demeanor that sets her apart from her bolder siblings. Once she's done investigating, Dolly adores snuggling close. Treats also work wonders for winning her heart. At two months old and around 9 pounds, Dolly is a Shepherd mix eager to discover the world. She thrives on companionship, especially from other dogs, and needs a friendly canine buddy to help her grow more confident. Dolly does best in a home with another dog who can guide her through new experiences. She already sees her crate as a safe haven, spending nights without accidents, a great achievement for a pup her age. However, she still needs time to adjust to being alone, so she shouldn’t be left by herself for more than three or four hours at a time. With a patient adopter, Dolly can learn independence gradually. A calm, nurturing environment filled with love, snuggles, and a canine companion will be ideal for Dolly. If you’re looking to adopt a thoughtful little rescue pup and witness her blossoming confidence, Dolly may just be perfect for you. Dolly is available for transport to Northern New Jersey, including the Bayonne and NYC Metro areas. Pickup details are coordinated at the time of adoption.
