Meet Claire! Sometimes the smallest kittens need a little extra help finding their way, and Claire is a very special little girl. She arrived at the Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society as a young kitten, too small to be on her own. Thankfully, a local rescuer stepped up to foster her and help her grow bigger while waiting for her trip to Sweet Paws Rescue. Claire has mastered the art of asking for attention. With just one glance, she’ll answer with a purr and a little meow that seems to say, "Excuse me... would you please pick me up?" She loves being with people and seeks out affection. When she's not getting cuddles, Claire is ready to play! Wand toys and balls are among her favorites, and she’s always happy to entertain herself or find a kitten friend to join in the fun. This little girl has a beautiful silvery tabby coat sprinkled with calico patches, and she was born with a shorter tail, adding to her unique charm. Claire is a bundle of love and joy, ready for the best chapter yet. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her, as she’s sweet, playful, affectionate, and beautifully unique. It's important to note that kittens under four months should only be adopted in pairs or to homes with a friendly, playful resident cat, as they thrive better in a social environment.
