About Camie

Meet Camie, a charming Lhasa Apso mix who’s well-known for her endearing personality. Her foster family fondly calls her "Ouiser" after the character from Steel Magnolias because of her sassy demeanor. She often grumbles around the other dogs, claiming her role as the self-appointed boss of the household. Camie enjoys snuggling up with people and loves to sleep in your lap or alongside you in bed. Though she adores small kids, she does need her space—the little ones should be mindful not to invade her personal bubble. House training has been a bit of a challenge; she sometimes leaves little accidents around the house, but she’s cute enough to make you look past it. At almost 4 years old and weighing 11 lbs, she’s ready for a loving home within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. An approved application is required, so consider starting the process to welcome this delightful pup into your life!
