About Mocha

Mocha is currently ready for adoption from Texas, where her adoption donation is $475, including transport. This affectionate, almost 2-year-old, spayed female is a charming mix of American Staffordshire Terrier and Husky. At 60 pounds, she has captivating eyes and a face full of expression, making it hard not to fall in love with her. Mocha thrives on companionship and is equally happy spending quiet time close to her people or lounging alone. With a wonderful balance of lower to moderate energy, she enjoys short bursts of playtime—especially in the morning—before settling down. She’s a toy lover and has a knack for extracting the little tags from her stuffed animals. Social with both people and dogs, Mocha has lived harmoniously in her foster home, connecting well with other dogs of various sizes. While she does have preferences for certain canine companions, she doesn’t need another dog to be happy. Mocha is also great with children and welcomes interaction from guests, proving to be the life of the gathering. Walking nicely on a leash, she seeks reassurance from her person in busy environments. Fully house trained and respectful around the home, Mocha can sleep comfortably in her crate or roam free. A car ride enthusiast, she is always eager to join for adventures. This smart girl has responded well to training and is eager to continue learning and bonding with her new family. Mocha wants a home where she can be included in all the family activities, whether it's a big family, a small bunch, or one devoted caretaker. She's ready to bring love and joy to just about anyone willing to take her home. Your new best friend is just one click away. Click apply to start the adoption process!
