Otto
AvailableOtto is a 4.5-year-old male mixed breed dog, specifically a medium-sized Terrier. He is already house trained and has received his vaccinations. Otto has a sweet personality and is looking for a loving forever home in Los Angeles, CA. His loyal nature truly comes out when he feels safe with his people, ready to share affection and companionship.
About Otto
Otto is a sensitive and sweet adult dog who has been through quite a journey. Initially living with a family, he faced unexpected challenges that left him on the streets before his foster family stepped in to help. They earned his trust after a few days, but he experienced anxiety at the shelter and was labeled RESCUE ONLY. After a tough month, he recovered from a URI and is now thriving in the right environment. Otto enjoys outdoor adventures and walks briskly, making him perfect for an active family. He's just starting to embrace his playful side, learning to enjoy toys and figuring out fetch. However, he still carries some past traumas, including separation anxiety and a fear of new people and environments. He's particularly nervous around certain men and needs time to adjust before feeling secure. Otto would do best with a patient and understanding family that can help him build trust at his own pace. He is house trained and has been vaccinated. Once he feels safe, his loyal nature shines, and he loves to give kisses and stay close to those he trusts. He seeks a forever home where he won't be rushed to be perfect but rather provided with the love and structure he needs to flourish. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
