About Abby

Abby is a sweet young female dog, around 1-2 years old and weighing about 39 pounds. She needs gentle handling and we recommend slow introductions to other dogs. While we’re unsure about her interactions with cats, it’s best to approach her new dog friends with care. Kids in her life should be older, as she’s timid and fragile, having had a rough start. Abby is looking for a patient adopter who can provide her with a calm environment where she can feel safe and secure. Once she warms up, she’ll be more than happy to curl up in your lap. Adoption is flexible, with no appointments required unless specified. Visit us Tuesday through Friday from 12 to 6 pm, or Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm to meet Abby! We ensure all dogs are vaccinated, spayed, neutered, heartworm tested, and microchipped prior to adoption. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
