About Chipper

Chipper is a charming young pup who arrived at the shelter on 9/29/26, and unfortunately, no one has come for him. He has a delightful personality, is playful, and loves his toys. Chipper follows commands well and sits patiently when asked. His love for treats makes him easy to train; he accepts them gently. At about 10 months old, Chipper weighs 56 pounds and is up to date on his vaccinations. He's also tested negative for heartworms and will be neutered soon, along with being microchipped upon adoption. Unfortunately, he did sustain a leg injury that needs a vet's attention. You can find him eager to meet you in run 51; his ID # is 22988. Keep in mind that all pet listings at Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are managed by dedicated volunteers. Since Chipper came in as a lost pet, we cannot confirm how he interacts with children or other animals, nor if he is house trained. You’re welcome to bring your current pet for a meet and greet to see if Chipper is the right fit for your family. Chipper is waiting for a kind-hearted adopter who can give him a loving home.
