About Chip

Meet Chip! Chip is a 5-month-old mix of English Pointer, Labrador Retriever, and Beagle, among others. He packs a ton of personality into his adorable frame. While we estimate he’ll weigh 40–60 pounds as an adult, it's just a best guess. What we know for certain is that Chip is bursting with charm and is absolutely deserving of a forever family. Originally from the streets of South Texas, Chip and his siblings were rescued after being left to fend for themselves. Initially scared and confused, Chip has blossomed in the care of his foster family. He’s learned that kindness exists, homes can be safe, and life is much better with a soft bed and loving humans. Currently, Chip is fostered with a small toddler and two older dogs, showing just how well he gets along with everyone. He’s experiencing the joys of puppyhood, learning to be a confident, happy family dog. With plenty of energy for playing and exploring, potential adopters should be ready for a fun and chaotic puppy adventure, which includes training, socialization, and, of course, snuggles. Chip deserves to find a family who will love him forever and show him how wonderful life can be as their companion. If you’re searching for a sweet, playful puppy to grow alongside your family, Chip could be the perfect match! Biweekly transport is available, and he’ll be coming to Maryland on 10/8, with options to travel to other locations on the East Coast and beyond.
