About Karen

Meet MeowZee, affectionately known as Karen. This petite dilute tortie has a big personality and plenty to say. True to her nickname, she’s very vocal and not shy about expressing her thoughts! Karen's journey began on the streets where she was rescued as a feral kitten. She's since blossomed into a quirky, independent girl who enjoys affection but values her personal space. After experiencing the loss of her feline sister in a house fire during Hurricane Milton, she has adjusted remarkably well. While she prefers being a solo kitty, she currently shares her space with another cat and two small, friendly dogs. Karen loves to observe her surroundings from a height, making a tall cat tree essential for her. Her favorite toys are stuffed mice, wand toys, and ribbons, and she’ll chase them with enthusiasm, though returning them is apparently your job. While not a typical lap cat, she enjoys being by your side for pets. She absolutely adores being brushed and will even tolerate nail clipping and ear cleaning. At bedtime, you might catch her kneading her cat bed before drifting off into a cozy slumber. Treats are a serious matter for her; she loves catnip and wet food, and she’s quite vocal when it’s snack time. To keep her tummy happy, she does best with smaller, frequent meals. She’s clean, tidy, and barely sheds, but baths are definitely not on her spa menu. Karen has overcome a challenging past and now deserves a safe, loving home where she can rule her kingdom. If you’re ready to welcome a petite girl with a big voice, come meet MeowZee, aka Karen.
