About Yukon

Meet Yukon! This sweet boy was found as a stray and arrived severely matted, making it hard for him to move comfortably. We managed to remove a lot of the matting, but there’s still more grooming ahead. Despite his troubled past, Yukon showed incredible gentleness and patience during the process. At just 2 years old, he is a 43-pound Woolly Husky who gets along well with other dogs, currently living comfortably in a kennel with companions. He is heartworm positive and undergoing treatment, but he's on the right path to recovery. Yukon truly deserves all the love and kindness after what he’s been through. Could you be the one to give it to him? Adoption fee: $350, which includes transport to the Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
