About Dahlia
Meet Dahlia, our beautiful 8-year-old girl who’s eager for a new beginning. This large female dog, weighing in at 75 pounds, has a past that tugs at your heartstrings. Rescued from deplorable conditions in June, Dahlia arrived at the shelter severely underweight and with matted fur. But thanks to the dedicated staff and volunteers, she started her healing journey there, quickly charming everyone she met. Now, in the care of GRCGLA Rescue, Dahlia is embracing life. She revels in her walks, enjoys feeling the grass beneath her paws, and is ready to rediscover the joy she missed for so long. Despite not being a purebred Golden Retriever, her big heart shines, and she yearns for a loving family to pamper her and show her the good life. Dahlia has a lively spirit and is looking for someone special to share her happiness with. If you’re ready to give her a forever home, she’s waiting for you. GRCGLA Rescue operates within the counties of Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego, ensuring that all adoptions are supported with pre-screening and follow-ups.
