About Duck PC
Meet Duck PC, an affectionate adult male American Bulldog with a heartwarming backstory. Found at a gym, he was initially called Dallas, but after a transformative bath with Dawn dish soap, he earned his endearing nickname, Duck. Despite the hardships he's faced, including being flea-ridden and heartworm positive, Duck has a resilient spirit that shines through. Duck is a gentle giant, weighing in at 70 lbs with a striking white and brindle coat. He has quickly adapted to the comforts of home, realizing that dog beds, toys, and cozy couches are meant just for him. Duck loves people, often seeking affection and companionship. He’s learning not to jump up in excitement, a habit he’s picking up on with some patience and consistency. Currently, Duck lives in a foster home in Texas, where he has proven to be good with dogs and children. While he hasn't been tested with cats, he remains calm around small creatures on walks. Duck is house-trained, knows basic commands, and is eager to learn more with loving guidance. Before moving to a forever home, Duck will need to start heartworm treatment, so make sure to discuss this with the rescue. He deserves a loving home that will provide him with the comfort and stability he craves. If you're looking for a big, soulful companion, Duck might just be your perfect match. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
