About Iris Kate

Iris Kate is a charming 3-month-old puppy who was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Mississippi. As a classic "black dog in a shelter," her chances of adoption were slim down there, making her journey to us all the more special. Although her littermates look quite different, some hints of Australian Shepherd coloring can be seen. She is sweet, easy to handle, and ready for a loving home. Iris Kate is spayed and vaccinated, weighing in at about 10 lbs. She gets along well with other dogs, making her a great companion for canine siblings. Plus, there’s no adoption fee! All we ask is for you to provide year-round heartworm prevention for her. Ready to add some joy to your life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
