About Lemon

Mr. Lemon is a charming, handsome boy who has wandered as a stray for what seems like his entire life. Rescued after suffering multiple minor wounds from encounters with other cats, he is now ready to find a loving home. Despite his tough exterior, he has a gentle soul and is eager to experience the comforts of indoor living. With time and patience, Mr. Lemon can become a cherished member of any family. Although we’re uncertain how he interacts with other pets or children, his sweet nature suggests that he could adapt well with the right guidance. Mr. Lemon is neutered, dewormed, vaccinated—including Rabies—and microchipped. He is also FIV positive, which will require some special care. If you're looking for a cat who would thrive with love and patience, Mr. Lemon might just be the one for you. To adopt, residents must live within approximately 100 miles of our adoption sites (Benld or Springfield, IL) and be at least 18 years old. Your new best friend is just one click away.
