Meet Peachy, a delightful Jack Russell/Dachshund mix with a heart of gold. At just one year old as of October 2026, this little guy is ready to find his forever home. Weighing around 10 lbs, Peachy is as sweet as they come and is looking for a family to take him on sniffy walks and world explorations. Currently staying at a shelter in South Carolina, he gets along well with other dogs and is eager to meet his new family. Although we haven’t seen him around cats or kids, we’re happy to help potential adopters with integration tips. Peachy has faced challenges in the past, landing in the shelter through no fault of his own. Now, he’s excited to start a new chapter filled with love and safety.
