He needs an owner who understands patience, allowing him to flourish at his own pace. Adoption includes a training session to help cement his skills. Wilbur loves chewing on bully sticks and will light up any home with his affectionate nature. His adoption comes with a comprehensive package, including spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, and microchip.
