Josey is a young male Domestic Short Hair, medium-sized cat with a black and white tuxedo coat. He has been neutered and is currently at the Haywood County Animal Services in Clyde, NC. Josey is working through his initial fears and needs a patient adopter to help him adjust.

About Josey

Josey is adjusting to life after being rescued from roaming the streets with other cats. He’s still scared and figuring out his new surroundings, but he's not a mean cat; he's just cautious with change. With some patience, he is learning that being safe and receiving love from people can be a very good thing. If you can offer him the understanding and gentle care he needs, Josey might just blossom into a wonderful companion. The Haywood County Animal Services Adoption Center is located at 453 Jones Cove Road, Clyde, NC 28721. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 12pm - 5pm and Saturday 12pm - 4pm. Closed Sundays.
