About Luna

Meet Luna! This big, beautiful Neapolitan Mastiff is full of personality. She knows exactly what she likes, especially when it comes to affection—her favorite? Butt scratches! Though she’s quite large, Luna enjoys cuddling and will try to convince you that she’s a lap dog, even if it may be a tight fit. Having been with her family since she was three months old, Luna has had some ups and downs, including false pregnancies that have changed her outlook. While she once loved playing with other dogs and visiting the park, she prefers to be the only pet in the household now. She’s a bit particular about her human friends and can get cranky at times, so she's seeking an adopter who understands and respects her space and boundaries. Luna loves toys—fetch, squeaky toys, hard chews—anything to keep her entertained. She is house-trained, crate-trained, and very intelligent, having learned her commands early on. If you’re looking for a skilled security guard, Luna’s got that covered too; she has a powerful bark! This sweet girl is looking for someone who appreciates her unique personality and will provide the structure and patience she needs. In return, you’ll enjoy her entertaining antics and affectionate cuddles once she warms up to you. Ready to bring this big bundle of joy into your life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
