About Mabel

Meet Mabel! Mabel came to us from ACCT after being surrendered to the only open intake shelter in Philadelphia. She tested positive for Parvo Virus and faced the risk of euthanasia but was transferred to our rescue for the necessary medical care that the other shelter could not provide. Thanks to our Parvo Program, Mabel has made a full recovery and is now ready to find a loving home. All our animals are fully vetted, including spaying, microchipping, vaccinations, and other essential medical care. After adoption, dogs like Mabel need time to adjust and thrive in family environments that offer exercise, positive reinforcement training, and socialization.
