Walnut is a delightful young female Chihuahua, approximately 4 years old and weighing around 10 lbs. She came to the shelter as a stray, so we’re still learning more about her personality. Walnut is spayed and has her vaccinations up to date. She's a friendly girl who gets along well with other dogs, making her a great companion for existing pet households. You can meet Walnut during our adoption events on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM at our Adoption Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 in Las Vegas. It’s a walk-in event, so feel free to bring your family and any existing dogs for a meet and greet. If you’re interested in adopting walnut, please email dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to check if she will be attending the next event. Along with her adoption, Walnut will receive 30 days of free post-adoption support from Petcademy.org, which includes access to trainers and resources to help transition her into your home.
